To reach Grandview, take Leucadia Blvd west all the way to Neptune. The first tiny parking lot is Beacon. Go all the way to the northern end of the street. Here you will find a large parking lot and a nice staircase heading down to the beach. This beach isn't for the best for laying out. At high tide you will find this beach to be more for experienced surfers. This is a mostly local surf spot with a beach break and right and left wave directions. Be safe, there are no lifeguards or restrooms.
